7.2% abv - A crisp golden ale fermented with a mixed culture of Brettanomyces yeast strains and lactobacillus, aged on local sour cherries for a month. This beer has plenty of ripe cherry notes and a tart finish without being too sour. Like a slice of sour cherry pie.
