Ausable Brewing Company is a farm-based nanobrewery owned and operated by brothers Dan and Dylan Badger. Located on 140 acres in the Champlain Valley just east of the Adirondack High Peaks, ABC is dedicated to serving a variety of high quality ales, lagers and house sodas in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. Our focus has always been on consistency, quality and creativity. We don't wholesale our beer to bars and restaurants. In order to come taste what we craft, you must be willing to take the scenic drive through some of the best farmland in the Adirondack Park. Read more about us here.
We produce many different styles of beer - anything from light, crisp pilsners to bourbon aged stouts, double IPAs and sours. Being a nanobrewery, we have to brew constantly to keep up with demand, which means we have limited tap room hours. However, this also means that we are always experimenting with new styles, ingredients and techniques. With 11 taps dedicated to beer, we have plenty of room for our flagships, some seasonals and a constantly evolving list of experimental brews. At the brewery we sell pints, tasting flights and growlers (check our growler policy here).
Food and Entertainment
Here at ABC, we have food available Thurs-Saturday nights from one of our food truck vendors. We also host live music in our outdoor pavilion all three nights in the summer. The food starts at 5 and music is usually 6-8. Check out the food trucks!
In the summer we host large groups of both locals and tourists. To accommodate everyone, we built an 1800 square foot timber framed pavilion and a slew of picnic tables. We also have lawn games and beer gardens to keep you entertained and relaxed whenever you're here.
