11.0% - This bold Sour Stout started as an imperial stout before we soured it in oak barrels and aged half of it on dark chocolate and cherries and the other half on coffee and vanilla. It's a unique, complex blend of tartness, roasted malt flavors, toffee and vanilla flavors from the oak barrels, and the additional flavors we added (chocolate and cherry in one, coffee and vanilla in the other).
